Service level agreement contract with all mining plants to maintain & clean all metallurgical plant equipment to the agreed service levels. Additional cleaning & maintenance work on plants eg. Services level agreement contract for dry mining plants to mine sand to the agreed service level at RBM. He has vast experience in the corporate world having worked for RBM for 21 years before becoming Services Manager to Albion Services 7 years ago & now heads the company as the operations director for the past 5 year. He takes great pride in his work & enjoys interacting with the employees. He gained many years of experience with corporate industry having worked for RBM for 16 years and thus understands corporate needs. He was Project Manager for Albion Services for 7 years. He believes in hard work and reliability coupled with superior service and is proud to be a part of a business with a reputation for excellence. He gained his experience by working for 14 years in Mineral Sands Industry for RBM on the various mining plants. He wanted a new challenge & joined Spectrum Technical/Multotec as a process engineer for 3 years. Currently he is the Development Manager for Albion Services for the past 5 years. He is qualified and experienced within corporate industry, giving him a greater understanding of the problems that can arise and enabling him to create resourceful solutions to them. His skills and experience have placed him well to take up the reins and oversee services and manage operations in an efficient and speedy manner. He gained his experience in the gold mining industry where he worked for 8 years. He then joined RBM and worked for them for 10 years gaining vast experience in the mineral sands industry and completing his MMDP. His experience in the corporate industry gives him a greater understanding of the problems that can arise and enable him to create resourceful solutions. His skills and experience have placed him well to take up the reins and oversee the mining operations in an efficiently.
