Prime Energy Resources is a Level 3 SA BBBEE Mining Company duly owned and controlled by a Consortium of South African based Investors with a significant investment portfolio and equity in highly successful and well known South African Companies. Our main focus is Property Investments, Mining Industry, Construction, Civil Engineering and Works, Media Industry, Mineral & Resources, Financial Services and Green Energy. As a fairly new role player we wish to thank all Mining Companies who support us by allowing Prime Energy Resources as a BBBEE Company to conclude transactions having full Ownership in Projects and Ventures, this is a positive sign of great support into the transformation in the SA Mining Industry. Together by uniting forces we can make significant changes and create job opportunities to allow this industry to grow in a positive direction and establish investors confidence locally and internationally in this industry. Many RSA BBBEE Entities acquired DMR Prospecting Rights since 2004, and although some have found Investors or Equity Partners to turn this Mining Projects into commercially profitable Companies, in most other cases this BBBEE Entities could not find such Partners due to a lack of accessibility or knowledge how to proceed into this Industry after approval and acquirement of their DMR Prospecting Rights that caused this Rights to expire to the loss of such BBBEE Entities. Development and focus on Coal Reclamation Projects reclaiming and processing of Coal Slurries and Duffs to manufacture and produce Pelletizing and Briquetting Projects for Exports and Inland Client supplies. Prime Energy Mining is a Division established by Prime Energy Resources that focus and specialize in mining machinery, equipment and plant hire providing services to Coal Mines and Prime Energy Projects. PEC is at present busy with the planning of two major Coal Mining Projects and in future all trucks transporting coal for PEC will do it under the PEL Division.
