Over the years it has established itself as a reputable company specialising in the fabrication,erection and installation of steel, structural steel, piping, maintenance of process equipment’s, machining of components and electrical services. His numerous business pursuits have included foundership, ownership, joint ventures and consulting at leading entities serving the industries of mining and minerals, chemical and petrochemical, manufacturing, fertiliser, pulp and paper. Oil refineries, chemical plants, Sugar Mills, Coal mining, Textile industry, Cement industry and Heavy mineral processing. FMC Engineers has got a machining facility of 800 sqm under roof which specialises in the machining, turning. drilling, cylindrical & surface grinding, boring & forging. It also does the re-engineering of parts/spares and the manufacturing and refurbishment of shafts, impellers, casings, rollers, pulleys etc. Morecare Electrical Services was established in 2014 due to high demand on electrical services on the projects that the division of MCE Fabrication and Construction PTY Ltd is dealing with. MCE has got a fully fleshed draughting office that does steel detailing and drawings. The workshops specialises in the fabrication of steel, plate work, structural steel, piping. Some of the fabricated products have been cyclones, hoppers, tanks, silos, chutes, conveyor structures, screw conveyors, screens, proportion plants, pontoons, skips, staircases and handrails, ducting, buckets elevators, waste bins/skips etc. MCE also does maintenance and refurbishments of the above process equipment’s including the moulds and links for the titanium smelters.
